Shipping and Handling:
At MaterialKidz LLC., all products are shipped utilizing traceable shipping methods; Fed Ex and Certified Parcel Post.

If there is NO personalization of product, items will be shipped according to customer request. i.e. Fed Ex or Certified Parcel Post

All non-personalized (cases) orders will be shipped within 7 days of the order, unless otherwise re1uested by customer.

Personalized (cases) orders cannot be shipped overnight due to the production process of the individual (case) product.

Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy:

At Material Kidz LLC., it is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 10 days after receiving your purchase to return if for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price; this excludes shipping and personalized cases. All products that are returned bust be returned in the original condition that they were received. Any modification or signs of wear cannot be accepted for refund. Refunds may take up to 10 days to show up on account.

Personalized case cannot be returned.
Due to the personalized nature of this product any order including non-personalized orders must be cancelled within 24 hours.
Returns must be sent by traceable shipping (Fed-EX, UPS, or certified parcel post). This ensure that item is insured and protects customer in the event the product is lost in transit. MaterialKidz LLC, is not responsible for any merchandise lost in transit due to inadequate shipping.
